"We stayed for 3 nights, the 1 bedroom apartment is clean and cosy. Apartment has many lights so it is bright. At the time when I Check in and out, both receptionists are not so friendly, not rude either, at the same time, not very proactive nor helpful. Not all are like these two as I had observed, some are quite nice and courteous. The concierge Mr Chris Yao is amazing, he is very hardworking and helpful to all guests who arrives or departs. He greets every guests with a smile, help them...

"As its a apartment, the space is bigger than usual hotels and its very convenient as its near to train station."

"The staff were very accommodating. We arrived 6 hours later at midnight and they welcomed us kindly. The property was clean, breakfast was simple yet adequate, shuttle service was efficient and took the stress out of travelling. Great little local area with mall and food options. Very good cost effective option. "

"Upon check in was told i hv to pay breakfast for extra pax even though i booked n paid extra for all with breakfast. Toilet door spoilt, cannot be open, response was fast n they changed lock. Also fix another toilet door difficult to close. Breakfast was good but we do not want to pay breakfast everyday for extra pax due to Miscommunication between agent n hotel, location was also good. Hope to hear good news from hotel.com"

"stayed there for 3 weeks.first thing to point out this is not really and apartment you can use for catering.you have use of a fridge and a micro wave.was going to check out but girl on reception was very nice to give us a and electric hob to use and an elecric pan, water was given every day about 6 bottles.daily house cleaner.give her a big hand she was very good. location excellent couldnt be better. reading rest of revievs on hear i didnt beleave what they were saying about the lifts. but boy...
