"Really great experience! Top notch service! Kudos especially to front desk manager Fanny and breakfast buffet host Brett, whom went above and beyond their duties to accommodate our baby! Brett would reserve our table every morning and get our coffees and baby chair ready without us asking. We really appreciate them both. The only downside to the hotel is the lack of restaurants and shops next door, which makes going out a bit harder. "

"正好去杭州浙大办事 所以订了这家 酒店的地理位置比较适合单独玩西溪的朋友们 如果要去市中心那么还是要有点距离的（uber大概15来块，最近有折扣啊！） 酒店是集团一部分 看了介绍觉得老板生意做的挺大的。这家酒店被定义为boutique hotel（最近精品酒店也真的是太主流） 接下来讲一下本身 一走进lobby 香味扑鼻 打勾 因为下雨 有服务生主动上前问好并帮忙收伞装袋 打勾 办理check in 还是非常快的 打勾 被分配到什么房间就要看运气了 每一次入住酒店都会很期待第一眼感觉 刷卡进入 房间风格呈现东南亚风格 床 洗手间等我最挑剔的地方都是满分的 枕头可选 席梦思感觉有30公分高了，被子应该是鸭绒的吧？一切都打勾 浴缸附带泡泡浴 浴盐 小黄鸭 和定制手皂，贴心！另外，酒店还有免费的穿梭巴士到灵隐寺和一些景点 提前一天和前台预约就好了！ 说点小遗憾：1.自助餐是拖后腿中的拖后腿，如果不做西餐这一块也至少把中餐这部分做好啊 真的不行啊！连热牛奶都不是鲜奶的味道喔 2. 酒店新开 家具还是有一些味道 14点入住后直到22点实在有点受不了才和前台联系想找些解决方案...

"I am a business traveller and stayed in this hotel for 6 days. It is tucked away from the main road so if you reach there by Taxi please ensure you have the hotel address written in Chinese as Taxi drivers cannot understand or speak English.
