Find Pet-friendly Hotels in Xi’an City Center

"I never write detailed reviews, but this hotel deserve it, so others know what they will find. This hotel is terrible, but don't believe me, look at the pictures yourself. First, try to find it! no directions, indications or clues on the hotel location. We found it by reading a guest review from 2019!. Not a single word of english, so be prepared to use translator intensively (not a problem of the hotel, just a recommendation). No front desk, just another room where it seems the attendant is...

"Overall disappointing. The WiFi was the worst I’ve had in China. The room was very old fashioned. There was no shower curtain and the towels were very old and ripped. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. On our first night there was no hot water until 9.30pm which was very inconvenient as we weren’t pre warned, although we were given a complimentary breakfast when we complained. Finally the driver arranged by the hotel to bring us to the airport was terrifying, driving c140km per hour...

"Hotel staff were excellent, couldn't provide greater compliments. They were friendly, and helpful whenever you needed them. The location is also ideal, with easy access to virtually everything you would want to see within the city walls. The room was OK, but the bed was very uncomfortable, with only a very thin yoga mat style mattress on a wooden bed. Overall, would stay again, but hopefully the beds will be replaced."

"You will get more than expected for the price you pay for staying here. First of all, me and my group of people had so many last minute arrangements and Steven and his team attended to us attentively, fulfilling all our needs. The place is so near to Muslim Quarter that its so easy to get souvenirs and you will not have a chance to be hungry. This place is extra cosy and all the staffs were so friendly to us. The toilet was cleaned everyday during our stay. Thumbs up to everyone in Alley Youth...
