"The hotel is quite amazing - surprisingly modern and well equipped. I am used to US-style cookie-cutter Radison properties, but this one is significantly nicer in many ways. Although it's an airport hotel, getting to-and-from the airport is a bit of a hike. They have an airport shuttle bus, and guests pay 8 euros one way. For two people, an Uber ride would be a better choice - same price (about 15 euro before tipping), but this would be a personal service and a flexible ride schedule. The room was modern and attractively decorated. The cylindrical shower door and design was quite futuristic. The toilet (room with wash basin) and main wash basin were positioned away from the shower, rather than all 3 pieces together in one small room, which is more typical. The bed was super comfy. The pillows were nice. The room had a safe. The WiFi service was good. For dining the hotel features a smart, but perhaps pricey restaurant in the lobby, a small selection of eats & drinks in their lobby cafe, an adjoining MacDonald's."

"This hotel is located in the heart of the Altstadt (Old City) area of Zurich. As such, it is surrounded by historical buildings and lots of architectural eye candy. The area is obviously touristy, so prices are higher, but there are many dining and shopping options nearby. The hotel is nicely appointed. The rooms are clean, large and comfortable. Breakfasts were cooked to order (eggs), with many other options available (continental). The only gripe I had was that the en-suite bathroom/shower/toilet was separated from the sleeping area with sliding glass doors - too personal and close to the sleeping area. They provided bottled water in the room every day. The WiFi was good. There's an in-room safe available. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area, transport options, etc. Highly recommended!"

"Good enough for a quick stay where you're only using the hotel to sleep or for an expensive hotel continental buffet. Surprising that the room didn't even have room for a kettle to make coffee or tea though."
