"Gorgeous hotel in fantastic location. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable, would have preferred an extra pillow, there was a pillow menu but not clear if there was an additional cost for that. Lovely bath but shower sprayed everywhere. Just a couple of niggles in an otherwise wonderful stay. "
