"Brand new hotel in walking distance of old city. Well furnished, clean no complain there. Unfortunately no lift and we had to drag the heavy luggages to the 2nd floor and no reception before 9 so its was impossible for us to check out and leave the parking before 9 so were waiting close to 1 hour for the lady to arrive. Immediate change on this matter is needed. 9 o clock is unacceptable. "

"On arrival at the hotel, we were very happy with our choice. Our suitcase had not turned up at the airport, we informed reception and it was there waiting for us the next morning. The reception staff were always very helpful and friendly. Or room was perfect, bathroom amazing. Breakfast - really good choice.
