"I had a fantastic and big room on the 5th floor. It had a tea kettle and excellent tea choices. The bed was super comfy. I also appreciated having ample space to hang my jackets. I slept really well, but the area around the hotel can get very loud on the weekend. Some of my colleagues who had different rooms complained about the noise. It was not an issue in my room. "

Really pleasant stay Advise if you come in from the airport via bus is have google maps on and just jump off when it gets to half a mile. Did so at 11pm and its quite safe and much easier than the instructions on the website "

"Very clean, bedding and towels absolutely white and fluffy and changing every day if you want , very helpful staff and all polite and speak English well its right in center walkable anywhere . Its on quiet street so no traffic noise, air-conditioning, heated floor in the bathroom. Great roof bar in summer would be great to spend time there. We've had stayed in this hotel 3 times now and happy to come back. Only if you like your tea its no kettle in the room , but nice restaurant downstairs and...

"Excellent stay at the Mercure Wroclaw. Everything perfect the only small issue was the room was very warm and no window that opens for air. There was air conditioning but made very little difference. The pillows also weren't the most comfortable but again very small issues. The hotel was very clean and the service was very good"

The bed was very comfortable and we had a very peaceful nights sleep. The breakfast was good although there was a queue to get in to the breakfast room on one of the busier days"
