"Everything was good except mattress severely worn out in need of replacement. Being on the floor the mattress was difficult to get into without crawling. Unit was relatively small but had a good view and great adjustable floor to ceiling shades."

At least the air conditioning was working. 😅 Area around the hotel is very busy with major construction at the train station but the location is great for easy access to public transport for exploring Munich.
