"Fantastic location right on the beach. Sea view room worth the extra. Staff were very attentive, wonderfully cheerful & nothing was too much trouble. The room was well equipped, almost too much furniture, & the only criticism was that the mattress needs replacing & was too soft & lumpy. The bathroom was large & well equipped, the small fridge was very useful. Ventana restaurant was superb, delicious food & very good value. "

"Comfortable hotel in the town centre. Nice and easy access in to free carpark with plenty of space. A rear entrance directly from the carpark takes you to the foyer and reception. The hotel is an old manor building with a lot of charm. The bedrooms are well equipped and in good condition though in a traditional style. As a family of four, we asked for two extra beds for the kids and we were given two single foldable beds, which were quite comfortable and better than a double sofa bed. There...

"Complimentary room upgrade which was nice. Toilet made a dripping noise after it was flushed. Shower not very powerful (or maybe I was doing something wrong?) Can’t go wrong with the Suncliff overall. Have been coming here for years and will continue to do so"
