"The house has a really wonderful kitchen and garden, so much space! Lovely quiet area, very peaceful, great nights sleep! The whole house was very comfortable and well decorated. Fun art on the walls, lots of attention to detail. We really enjoyed our stay and were lucky enough to be able to extend our stay. A really wonderful property and very well equipped."

"Acer Cottage is ideally situated for exploring the area. Tideswell is peaceful yet very well served with essential services. It was a treat to find the Merchant’s Yard just steps away and the bakery was great too. The cottage itself was equipped and furnished to a high level and communication before arrival was excellent. "Everything was as expected with a very clean and well resourced property. Well stocked kitchen and updated bathroom. Bedding of high quality and comfortable mattress. Stairs, both inside and outside are steep but clearly in the description. Close to town. Excellent value for money. "

"Great for our party of 13 as there was plenty of room for us all and the kitchen was well equipped with cooking equipment ,plates and glasses etc. Some of the rooms and areas look a bit tired and could do with an upgrade (stair carpets, walls painting and floors could be cleaner downstairs) but bathrooms clean and beds comfy. it’s also great to have the farm shop and the pub next door is great - very friendly and helpful and lovely pub meal and service."
