"We had a wonderful stay for my wife’s 60th birthday. Great room, service and attention to detail. All the staff are very helpful. Had an excellent meal in the restaurant and enjoyed the fabulous spa facilities. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again "

"Very helpful and cheerful staff. Room was comfy and clean. Breakfast was great. Only downside was the lack of parking and the car park is very tight. We used the public car park across the road at £8 for 24 hours so no big drama."

"Well appointed hotel with very comfortable rooms. Location is great, just 6 mins walk from city centre and reasonably priced parking 5 mins across road (Little Roodee Car Pk). Staff are really friendly and the 5th floor dining room has great views over the race course topwards Welsh mountains. Catherine in the restuarant was particularly welcoming and helpful. Thank you. "A lovely hotel in the city centre, afternoon tea was amazing, staff are professional and hotel clean. Only issue we had was a wooden baton on top of the trouser press , it had 2 panel pin nails showing that I cut myself on. "
