"Our family stayed in this nice home during a very cold week in Fort Plain (-3 outside). The house looked to be recently remodeled, was very clean, and had very modern amenities and appliances. The furnace/radiator struggled to keep the first floor warm without space heaters, but the upstairs sleeping quarters were very comfortable with the heating system running and the space heaters provided by the host. "The house was clean and well set up. Everybody had a comfortable room and plenty of bathrooms which is a huge plus. Very well located to attractions you would be going to in the area. The host was very quick to respond and communicated well. Definitely recommend for families or groups to stay together. We like the bird theme through out the house also."

"For a large family and two dogs in a love with the water this was a perfect location for us. The property was well cared for. Any issues the property manager was easily available. Lake was a little small for our taste but overall was able to get some sailing in on a sunfish and lots of paddle boarding and kayaks. Thanks to Troy for his hospitality"
