"I spent the extra money to get a harbor facing room and it was so worth it! I was on the 25th floor and had a gorgeous view of the harbor and saw some beautiful sunsets. The hotel is conveniently located with the Opera House, harbor and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. There’s also a same day laundry shop within a 10 minute walk that can pick up and deliver your clothes to Shangri-La. The room was clean and quiet, with a nice soaker tub, comfy beds and cozy lighting! "

"Conveniently located for Darling Harbour area, we had a good sized, stylish room with a great bathroom. The bed was very large with best pillows I’ve experienced in a hotel for some time. The hotel was quiet and all the staff were welcoming and helpful. The only down side was the complete lack of view from our top floor room - it was just walls of adjacent buildings. However, I suspect there was little to see (a car park and other hotels) in the immediate vicinity."

Very nice for cruisers

"We booked this particular hotel for its proximity to the cruise pier. Also we were doing the Sydney Bridge climb, and this was walking distance. The onsite restaurant is convenient, but the buffet, is expensive. We felt comfortable walking everywhere. "

"Had the most amazing stay at The Fullerton. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. We asked to move rooms because of the bathroom layout - it was no trouble and our bags were already in the new room. The room was modern, clean and extremely quiet. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay extremely central in sydney. "
