"Unfortunately the house has seen better times, the flooring is in a bad state of of repair, sockets hanging of the walls and what looks like telephone cables loose and not connected, luckily we did not have young children with us otherwise I would have said unsafe. There was no heating or hot water in the property and whilst the host offered to get someone in on the 2nd night there was still no hot water which meant the family had to find alternatives. "It really horrible. The house conditions is very poor. - water leak at 1st floor bathroom, like a small waterfall from the ceilling after shower - the kitchen utensils is dirty and damage - some furniture was damaged "

This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. "Really nice stay the night before my early morning flight. Check-in was very easy, room was very clean, bed very comfortable and the wi-fi worked very well. Literally a five minutes walk from the terminal which made it super convenient."

"Great for an overnight airport stay. But even though it’s a short distance from the airport, getting there is challenging as with any Heathrow airport hotel. The airport’s hotel shuttle service only comes every half hour snd services what seems to be all of the major hotels in the area, uber which is much faster can be 30-40 pounds during peak hours. "
