"Great experience overall but the check in process was confusing and the hot tub did not work as advertised, nor did the Inn have an outdoor, heated pool - that’s at the Lodge, down the hill. Good place to take a family with young kids, easy access to ski lifts but the area is very small…but this is Michigan…we make the best of what God gave us. The “Legends on the Hill” restaurant was AWESOME - food and service - and a two minute walk from our room. "

"Older resort but has a lot of charm. Because it's older the lobby has that older smell to it when you walk in. Parts could be updated to some of the buildings. We rented an economy room with twin beds and a bunker up top in the Lodge building. The room was clean and cozy with comfortable beds and pillows, bathroom, table and TV with mini fridge and coffee maker and closet with ironing board . The grounds and view were gorgeous. "We loved our stay. There are 2 maintenance issues that did not detract from our enjoyment but the owner should know about. The tv in the upstairs bedroom at the back does nor work.
