"I was so happy with my families stay at “The Highlands at Harbor Springs!” Check in was warm and welcoming. Staff came to my car to unload ski boots and bags. Our room was beautiful!! A separate sitting area. It was snowing while we were leaving and the staff was getting the snow off of my car while I was packing the car. Very impressive service!!! My family will definitely be back!! Thank you!!! "

"Older resort but has a lot of charm. Because it's older the lobby has that older smell to it when you walk in. Parts could be updated to some of the buildings. We rented an economy room with twin beds and a bunker up top in the Lodge building. "My husband and I loved staying here, very clean property, decorated for fall. We were in the area for a family wedding and so even though we were not here at the property very much, it was a great place to return to in the evening.
