I don’t why there were so many bad comments about this hotel. I absolutely love it. Great front desk staff, clean, easy to anywhere I want, three coffee shops next to it. I had my dog with me, and they treat my dog nice, even watch out our dog when we were out. Absolutely the best experience, I would want to come back anytime. 💗💗💗

It was easily accessible from the highway. Close to the Sports center and close to the Cathedral in Gaylord. The staff and the hotel/room were very nice and facilities very clean.

This is the fast fashion of hotels. While newer, it provides bare minimum in the room. Everything is very small, made cheap, and extremely uncomfortable. Minimal surface space. Zero extras. The walls are paper thin, and the room above sounded like it was housing horses. The heating/cooling is a wall unit, and clicked off/on continuously throughout the night. The blanket on the beds was a mattress cover. The continental breakfast was disappointing, barely edible, and served stomachaches to us. Also, most of the bread items were expired. I would not recommend staying here, or any Tru by Hilton, and definitely will never be back.

Cozy, modern hotel
This was a very nice and modern hotel. The room was clean and cozy. I liked how the lobby was decorated. The breakfast was very good, my husband loved the suggested "caramel apple pancakes". I liked how the sausage and eggs was made ina way you could toss them on bread and have a sandwich. Overall, it was quiet in the hotel. Plus, it's centrally located and they had several suggested restaurants to try.

The hotel staff was very nice. The rooms were mostly clean. Our shower had hair in it and the glass shelf fell while my child was taking a shower. Luckily she wasnt injured. But definitely concerning. Pool area was nice but no jacuzzi.

Walls are paper thin. I could hear the other occupants next door all night long. The room HVAC wall unit was loud. Loud like banging noises. Just seems like a cheap built place. Other than than place looked nice, clean, staff was good.
