"2 bed house in quiet street. Had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. House was clean and basically furnished. Everything worked as it should. Nice bathroom with shower. Driveway if required. Close to town centre (£5 in taxi). Can’t comment as to local amenities or public transport as we never used them. Contact with owner was easy and we had no issues. "

"The house was nice - not as big as it looks in the pictures but these are an accurate reflection of the place overall. It’s well-located and very quiet although a map would have been very helpful. Check-in and engagement was good but we did have to wait a while for a response to a (minor) pre-arrival query. The property was generally clean and very tidy. "We had a lovely time in this beautiful house - there was plenty of living space for the whole group to spread out and we loved having a big group dinner in the grand dining room. The house is old and some niggles are to be expected (minor cobwebs, loose doorknobs, a couple of chipped mugs) and they definitely didn't take away from our love for the place (and shouldn't deter anyone else!)."
