"Wonderful little stay on the Mississippi River. The most AMAZING sunrises to wake up to ... as well as beautiful moon rises over the river. We will definitely be back! Fun little bars in town if you wish to step out ... had a blast. Ran down to the meat market across the border in IA, and that was a hoot! Very CLEAN and had every thing you need in a kitchen to cook anything. Wonderful host!"

"We wanted a pet friendly "home away from home" and we certainly found it. The cottage is very nicely appointed inside and has pretty much everything you could want! We only used the master bed and although it is quite a soft mattress it is very comfortable and great pillows (which we never find!) We didn't bring our fishing gear but you couldn't really fish from the back it is too weedy, but it is not far to fishing spots. There were nice places to walk our dog right from the cottage. "We were up in the are for Oktoberfest Race Weekend at Lacrosse Fairgrounds Speedway. Property had everything you needed, as we were not there a ton. Just sleeping and showers. Would be a great place during the summer, with a riverfront back yard, and plenty of space to hang out and have a fire, etc."
