The location was perfect for us to be able to walk to La Crosse center. Room was decent but starting to show it's age. Everything was clean and functional, it was nice to have the kitchenette.

This past Friday, January 10th we stayed at your property. 1) description was listed as 2 bedrooom suite with queen beds, however the beds were full Size and not adequate. 2) we checked in around 7pm. Headed to the pool around 8:30pm to get our athletes into The hot tub for a short time. On our way there, your employee came out yelling, screaming, throwing her hands in the air at a group of people and proceeded to close down the pool area, gym area, and commons area. My children were terrified. Not only was this completely unacceptable behavior, it is very unprofessional, and becoming of a business to employ individuals with such aggressive and fear causing behaviors. Later in the evening the same Employee was seen walking the walls with a flashlight and listening next to room doors. Completely invasive! We did not feel safe at all! Not only will we never return, but we do plan to notify the Midwest Wrestling Tour and all of our connections that this as a suggested partner for staying for events should not be considered in the future. We paid money for a terribly upsetting experience, and we certainly would not want others to

The area in the lounge area was just beautiful. The fireplace was lit Christmas tree was decorated and everything was so nicely inviting. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place with 5 stars. Thank you Grandstay, we would love to come back another time! ❤️❤️
