"We have stayed at quite a few cabins in Idyllwild but this one truly takes the cake. The home is so beautiful inside and out, with simple heating options and lots of places to rest. We even found the most incredible views a short walk from the home. The host was accommodating to our last minute questions and offered plenty of resources inside the cabin for things to do while we were visiting and how we can best use the property. The amenities exceeded expectations and we had everything we need...

"Hi We stay here at least 2 times per year. It never disappoints. This stay we were treated to a herd of 8 deer who came through most days and one day we had 5 coyotes come through. It is a quiet and tranquil place to stay, yet close to town and wonderful hiking"

"A delightful house, well stocked with all we needed. The mini-splits were a nice touch to have heat where we needed and the main part of the house stayed warm with just the log stove going. The bedroom heaters were a bit noisy but overall a great stay!"

"Moonlight retreat was beautiful! It was already decorated for Christmas with a tree and all! The layout is quirky, in a good way! So much woodwork, really felt like we were in a cabin! We were super close to town, but you wouldn’t know it. Lots of hikes within a few minutes. The deck was incredible, comfy, and the views were great! Hot tub was wonderful and stayed hot! It was so peaceful and relaxing all around.A couple things to note, no curtains on most windows, so it’s bright, but beautiful...

"This was our third stay at the Little Cabin over the first weekend in December. It’s perfect for our needs. Fenced and pet friendly, and all the amenities we need. Located close to town and pleasant walks through the neighborhood and hiking trail. We look forward to next year. "
