"It was just want I needed; the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was quiet and clean; only thing I wish they had more breakfast options. Some turkey sausage & bacon for the no pork eaters and regular bacon & sausage. Like hot chocolate & tea for individuals who don’t care for coffee and for the kids. Though there is an option to order out from the menu which was provided in my room but overall it was a pleasant experience for my 1st time in Houston. And if I had to book again I would...

"This was our second time staying here. Staff was helpful, I had to print out some paperwork and they helped me by printing it out with no fee. Breakfast was good they even had a waffle maker the shape of Texas. Very cute! "

"Great location beside the mall and several good restaurants as well as other entertainment. The hotel rooms are a bit dated. There is no overhead light just multiple lamps. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but it was open. We did enjoy breakfast this stay. We decided to stay here before flying out if IAH. It is close enough to arrive on time for our flight. Thanks for hosting us. "
