"Home was very unique! Enjoyed all the historic artwork throughout. Accommodated 4 couples. Hot tub was relaxing, beautiful night view. Listing did not state that it was a shared home, although it was separate and we didn’t have any issues other than some confusion upon arrival. Host answered phone call quickly and pointed us in the right direction. Great place to stay and super close to downtown but able to enjoy the quiet vs hustle and bustle. "We had a great time, cabin is beautiful place to stay. Quiet, peaceful, away from town just far enough to feel secluded, but easily close enough to be in the middle of Fredericksburg in 5 minutes. Hot tub and full size washer and dryer are nice touches. Place feels laid-back and welcoming, would recommend! "

"Perfect for a girls trip! Myself and two of my best friends stayed the weekend. It’s perfect for a few girls, very cute and clean inside! We truly enjoyed ourselves. The host is wonderful, stays in touch and helpful from the start. "

The property "management" is not upfront about what this is, which is a disgusting, creepy room rental. It is NOT a bed & breakfast. "We were celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary, which had been 10 years since we stopped in Fredricksburg. We chose Erin's escape for the 2 of us. Check in was a little confusing. The units are named vs numbered. The address of the place is the same address for all of the units so when we arrived we spent 5 minutes trying to unlock the wrong door. "This is a beautiful place. Located just off Main Street, but it feels like it's in the country. Easy walking distance to food and drink. The staff was very helpful at check-in and the room was wonderful. It was a cross between rustic and modern with a lot of charm. Furniture was old school charming instead of the usual hotel bland. The shower was exceptional, large, clean and attractive with a comfortable shower head. Breakfast was delivered in the morning in a wicker basket and was perfect. There is a pool and sitting area that will be perfect for relaxing when the weather is nice. All in all a great place to stay."
