"This property is located in a great location just 1 blk from Main St. The property was clean and accurately described in the listing.. Cute space. If you are a light sleeper this might not be the space for you. The street is busy and traffic noise can be heard. Our only issue was the side glass door leading to the patio didn’t have a shade or frosted glass creating a privacy issue (people walking by could see into the room). We loved the location!"

"We had a great time, cabin is beautiful place to stay. Quiet, peaceful, away from town just far enough to feel secluded, but easily close enough to be in the middle of Fredericksburg in 5 minutes. Hot tub and full size washer and dryer are nice touches. Place feels laid-back and welcoming, would recommend! "

"You (VRBO) need to immediately remove this listing from your service. To start, it's very deceptive. The property "management" is not upfront about what this is, which is a disgusting, creepy room rental. It is NOT a bed & breakfast. Which I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to eat a damn thing from the people who run it, much less, cook in that kitchen! The management team/owners are deceptive. They are not transparent in their listing. That's strike one. They don't leave the space you're in while...

"The house was small and just the size we needed. Check in was at 4 but it was closer to 4:15 by the time we got in. Landscapers were there and left a huge pile of leaves that blocked the entire front of the house. Had to park next door the entire weekend. Part if the reason for choosing this location was the fireplace option since its January and cold at night. There was no firewood available to use as stated in the post. Other than those 2 things the stay was great. Id recommended a few more...
