"Nice hotel right in the heart of downtown Cleveland. Very friendly staff. Large and comfortable rooms (mine was anyway)and breakfast at the on-site restaurant (not included) was very convenient and good."

"The pool area looks like a horror movie set. There are several lights out, and the humidity was making the lights rain. There was visible mold on the walls, and the water was cloudy. Since we had our child, we did swim for a bit. The chlorine was very high. It could be smelled down the hallway. The ceiling has an electrical looking wire that was half taped and sloppily painted. The water was warm. The beds were fine. The couch bed had a dirty mattress pad. I had to go to the front desk with the dirty pad and exchange it for a clean one, and ask for linens for the couch bed. Normally the linens for the couch are in a closet. Here you have to ask for linens and any kitchen utensils. "

"This was a great place to stay while I visited friends in Cleveland. Cafe, bar and restaurant all on site; room was spacious, clean and had an extremely comfortable bed. But what impressed me most was the extremely welcoming and smiling staff. From check in to check out, every staff person I encountered was pleasant, said hello, inquired about my stay, and gave hospitality a new standard.
