"Very clean and tidy and quiet (other than a yippy dog), but door locks need maintenance for cold weather--we got locked out and had to call in maintenance for a 30-minute delay returning to our room one night. Staff was friendly and apologetic."

"The first room we were in the ceiling was leaking water on bed .. no more smoking room available.. i took pictures their was water coming out of what looked like a patched part of ceiling room 249 also alot of stink bugs he got bit my one have pictures of that as well … "

"Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights and when we arrived, it was closed down!!! No phone call or email or any notice whatsoever. Prepaid over $500 and have nothing to show for it. We had to book rooms down the street which more than doubled the cost of our trip. I can’t get a response from the hotel and hotels.com is supposed to be ‘looking into it’ but we’re a month past and still nothing! This is simply shameful!"
