"9 night visit over holidays. Location excellent with easy access to parking, restaurants, shopping, sights, and roadways. Very convenient to visit president Garfield historical national park home. Ask for a guide named Jeff who was excellent. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Bathroom was well equipped and had large countertop. Breakfast was excellent with hot choices of eggs, bacon, sausage, and potatoes. Real orange from dispenser was nice. Breakfast attendant was friendly and...

"Very nice, clean, modern hotel and friendly staff. We did indicate that there would be 3 children and 2 adults in one room but there were no linens available in the room when we checked in at midnight. Not sure if the message was relayed from Hotels.com to Holiday Inn. Had to contact the front desk to get linens for the kids’ bed. "
