"We spent our days on the river and felt very cozy at the house for our mornings and evenings. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And I appreciated the hosts checking in the day we areived to make sure everything went smoothly upon arrival. Thank you!!"

"My husband, granddaughter and I evacuated to this lovely villa from the threat of Hurricane Milton. We found the rental to be very clean and comfortable. Loved the fenced back yard for our pups and covered walkways for protection from the rain. The master shower is handicap accessible. The owner was easy to communicate with."

"Nice property and great location. We did have issues getting in on arrival. We were not sent the code for the entrance door , so we had to call to get it. The correct code was not given to us , so we had to call again. The dock was under water and not usable. That should have been communicated ahead of our stay."

"We had a golf tournament nearby. The house was perfect for proximity. Steve has truly thought through so many details, it made it so easy to get in, quickly get settled, and truly enjoy ourselves. Even the little things are so well thought through, from light switches being labeled to having a Keurig machine, to managing the temperature, and on and on and on. "
