"The properly is specious for 4 to 5 people. However need some maintenance. Like fixing the Microwave that is not working or the rusty bathroom basin. The outdoor sitting in the back of the properly is not maintained at all. The gravel driveway is very dusty and the dust comes in the property with the shoes. To avoid it and to keep the properly clean, we parked our vehicle on lawn. Got a message from the owner asking explanation for it and before we provide any information, the vrbo page was...

"The overall experience was very nice, comfortable, clean. The home had a really nice cabin rustic mixed with a slightly modern touch to it with great amenities such as a fire pit and hot tub. The view on the balcony is awesome and the area is calming and quiet. Highly recommend!"

"Short trip with grands who thoroughly enjoyed the area. Rocks, river, dinosaurs. Convenient to activities but secluded and quiet for down time. We didn't cook, other than hot dog on the fire pit so kitchenwas fine for coffee and snacks. A little confusion at check in but no big deal and all handled well. thanks!"

"This little cabin was absolutely perfect! Love that there were 2 nice bedrooms with very comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms so we each had our own. It was in a good and quiet location close enough to Granbury square area. Very clean and had all the essentials available. Will definitely stay here again! "

"Such a beautiful little shack and an amazing view. Everything is super clean and the beds are very comfortable I would just suggest maybe some extra blankets on hand! Has a mini fridge, coffee maker, even a toaster. This was a great stay for a small family like ours. "

"The cabin fits it's description of coziness. It is charmingly decorated and was a perfect place for us to stay on a weekend getaway to Granbury. We especially enjoyed the outdoor deck. It is does indeed have a treehouse vibe. "

"Our stay was very nice. The drive to the property through the woods was really neat. We loved the privacy of the property and the fact that we could walk out of the house to the river was awesome.
