"This was a lovely farmhouse with a well-equipped kitchen, charming decor, and thoughtful extras. The beds were very comfortable. The back porch was soooo relaxing. Fun table and connect 4 area in the backyard plus seating area down by the creek. The outdoor shower was lots of fun and easy to use. Just a lovely place to stay!"

"7/14/24: A family group of eight (3 generations) stayed at "The Ranch" (our granddaughter came up with that name). The place is beautiful, spacious, and well stocked. There are many things to do there from hanging out at the pool and BBQing, playing a game of pool, or going for a walk and spotting whitetail deer (especially in the morning). The location is remote and secluded to get away but also Waco is only a short drive."

"We arrived to a quant home located within the Baylor bubble. The home is nicely decorated. We had great nights of sleep as the beds were very comfortable and the rooms cooled down to a comfortable sleeping temperature. When we arrived, temperatures outside were over 100 degrees and the home was a balmy 78 degrees. Over the course of the evening the temperature didn't come down and climbed a bit higher, so I messaged the property manager and they sent a technician that evening. I was shocked....

"The house was very cute in a good location. We were only a few minutes to shopping and restaurants, but we felt like we were far from a city. We enjoyed watching airplanes during the day and stars at night. The host was quick to communicate, and the house had plenty of amenities. We enjoyed the bed set up downstairs because all the kids could sleep there together. We also really enjoyed how comfortable the mattresses were. The only issue was that it needed a deep clean (and we did not reach out...

"The property is awesome , very secluded . Fire pit was used ever night and the kids enjoyed the basketball 🏀 time . Rooms are mid sized except the master bedroom. Kitchen is small and could use some updated items. The porch is fantastic."
