Here’s a polished review you can use: I had an amazing stay at this hotel! It was spotless, and the cleanliness truly stood out. I also felt incredibly safe throughout my visit, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was well-maintained. There are only two items that were a little frustrating. When we asked for the room to be serviced the second day, towels were replaced and trash removed but they didn’t make up the beds which I thought was unusual. Second, we only ate breakfast once because the service was probably the worst I ever had and I have been in the hospitality business for 40 years (the last 19 in management).
