I only wanted a bed for one night. The first room had bed bugs crawling on it. I didn’t even pull the comforter back. Crawling on the outside. The next room, the TV remote didn’t work, the coffee machine tasted like cleaning solvent, the breakfast was tasteless. I like Best Western a lot but this stay was sub-par. I hope they can improve this location.

Stayed 3 nights, no maintenance available the entire stay. No ice machines working on any floors the entire stays, nonice in the hotel the entire stay. Front desk staff offered various conflicting reasons for this. 1 said a pipe was broken, 1 said maintenance had been notified (on the 1st day). Housekeeping (1 person) was only available a couple hours in the morning, did not speak or understand English and was the only other staff member in the hotel besides the front desk person who couldn't leave the front desk. Manager available only by email. I emailed during my stay and they never responded. Will never stay again. Contacted Expedia twice. Denied any discount or refund. Never using Expedia again.

The staff was very nice and the room clean. The hotel could use a facelift, but it’s still ok. I did have a bit of a shock when stepping out of the shower, looking up and seeing a huge cockroach above my head. That didn’t make me too happy. Also, the fridge wasn’t working because it had been unplugged accidentally and we couldn’t plug it in without moving a very heavy piece of furniture. But all in all, the stay was good.
