"All linen and bedding was not cleaned. The ceiling fan was not operational. The desk clerk/ staff stated that they will fix it. It never happened during our stay. We were able to hear the noise from the motor vehicle traffic and the tenants above was always moving objects around. The surrounding area was very trashy."

"This was my second visit to this wonderful property. The best place for me and my dogs. This property is as dog-friendly (if not dog-loving!) as it gets. Donna knows how to do things right for dogs and their humans! Both properties are very well kept and each is unique. As I've said before, the drive to the property is beautiful as well. These properties are 10 out 10 all the way."

"We loved the relaxing atmosphere! After very active days filled with tours, shopping and lots of music and bands… it was so wonderful returning to a quiet private space! The charm of your cottage is very inviting and we felt like we were stepping into grandmas house! If your not chill before you get there, it wouldn’t take long to catch your breath and relax! "

"This was a great place to stay and very convenient to Nashville and Broadway. It felt like a safe area with people out walking the dogs or pushing strollers. There is a quaint little eating and shopping district just a few minutes away that had the best little shops and restaurants with outdoor seating. Would definitely stay here again! Our only issue was the home not being ready at 4. The previous quests were late checking out so that was not the owners fault. Cute home!"
