"Great B n B in a fab position just near the whale bone arch. We had top floor sea view room, nice n quiet (not good for less mobile) the lady owner had e mailed beforehand to check we were ok with stairs(we are). Shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, with heated towel rail. Plenty of plug sockets to go at. Tcmf and biscuits in the room, along with wine glasses and tumblers. Hairdryer in the drawer. "I probably did not do enough research as to how Discovery hotels work The Virtual customer service once I got through was polite and helpful but it took 40 minutes to get through. I was asking for a blanket as duvet was very thin. The heating was nt very efficient and in December more detail should be given Housekeeping - if you could find any - very nice and helpful Would book again in summer"

We had room number 6 (top floor) which we didn’t mind - we got our steps in 😂 however the only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is that it was so hot (out of the owners control!) but it just needed some type of air con or extra fans. We had the window open the whole time which helped a bit. However - it was clean, tidy, excellent location and the owners are really friendly. "

This was an extremely good, and professional thing to do, as the property, was empty of guests at the time.
