"We had two rooms - 221, which was updated, nicely furnished, and comfortable deck furniture. Bathroom and kitchen had also been renovated. Room 222 on the other have was very outdated, no decorations on walls, uncomfortable plastic furniture. The bathroom had a low grade sewer smell and the toilet water regurgitated a yellow-brown color backwash. The restaurant and bar were excellent. Lexie was terrific. "

"The rooms was functional with a nice balcony overlooking a small harbor. Unfortunately our yaxi van was too large to get up the winding driveway so we had to drag our bag up a steep hill. Also a busy and noisy road was right beside the hotel and our room. "

"The Buoy House is a great newer hotel part of the Westin complex. Boutique feel and part of Autograph collection of hotels. Private beach near lobby a bit rocky, but closer to Westin it is wonderful. Don't miss catching the sunset from the Westin terrace. Food is great, but overpriced ($21 for a glass of House Pino Noir). We will be back."

"Enjoyed a relaxing 3-day family staycation in this wonderful rental. The 1-BR unit is modern and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Located within a gated community and a residential property, it was a “home away from home” experience that no hotel stay can duplicate. Great dining, beach and shopping options within a short driving distance, and a popular restaurant just within walking distance. My family will definitely return. Thank you! "

"This property was a nice safe place for family of 4. It was in a more residential neighborhood. A car is a must if you are going to stay here as it's a ways from beaches and night life. There is one bar/restaurant that is walkable and was great for breakfast and drinks. It does include washer and dryer but no laundry detergent and minimal toiletries/towels. Some touches such as laundry detergent, beach chairs that you could take to beaches, and some toiletries would make it 5 stars. "

A great week on St. John

"We greatly enjoyed our week on St. John, the stay in Casa YaYa, and the additional rental of their truck. The home was as advertised...very clean, in great shape, and awesome views from high on the hillside above Coral Bay. Everything worked, having chairs, snorkel gear, and coolers avaiable was a big help as were the washer/dryer. While we did use the pool, our only mild complaint was it was too cold to stay in.for long. Otherwise, we enjoyed St. John a ton, went to many beaches, saw lots of fish, turtles, rays, even a barracuda! Will be back again..."

"Nice, updated, clean house with great views on a more secluded and quiet part of the island. Sitting on the covered outdoor patio with its views and natural breeze was delightful, so much so that we ate every meal out there. The pool was also a great place to relax (views again), especially after a beach/boating day. An updated kitchen was very helpful as well. Everything worked in the house. Overall, a very relaxing place to stay on St. John’s "

Best views & pool deck on St John just up the hill from Cinnamon Bay Beach.

Relaxing stay

"That place was incredible! The pictures don’t do it justice, especially the pool and the view. You could tell all the native stonework was done by some real craftsman and it was well maintained. The grandkids learned to snorkel in the pool and then had a great time snorkeling at the beaches.. All the rooms were well appointed, the beds were comfy and the individual bathrooms and outside showers in each room where a plus that we didn’t expect. We especially enjoyed all the professional landscaping and outdoor lighting. We liked the privacy and quietness of the location. You’ll be sold on the place just coming up the long driveway with all the stonework before you even see the main house."

"This was our second stay at Villa Rotunda, and was somehow better than the last time?! They've made lots of improvements to the property (not that it was shabby beforehand!), but much appreciated! Especially the two washers and dryers... amazing what a difference that makes! Peter Bay has the best views on the entire island, so it's hard to leave the house. But when you do, the proximity to the island's best beaches and Cruz Bay is really appreciated. It is SO GORGEOUS there!!!! Everyone was very comfortable in their rooms, and everywhere else on the property. This is a very special place. "

A little slice of paradise

"Just a wonderful and comfortable place. Had all the kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils and cook wear. The view from every room was amazing ( Coral Bay). Great location to the beaches such as Trunk Bay. The pool was clean and had a ledge which you could sit in the water. Was very quiet at night and great for star gazing "

Amazing Centrally Located Home in STJ

"We had an amazing stay! The place was well-equipped and thoughtfully furnished. The beach chairs were incredibly comfortable, and there were plenty of coolers and beach towels, which made our beach days so convenient. The beds were super cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also loved spending time on the porch—it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views of Coral Bay, East End, USVI and Tortola. The host was very responsive and made everything easy for us. We can't wait to come back!"

"We absolutely adored our stay at the Peter Bay Gatehouse, Penthouse! It was one of the best places we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The location was simply stunning, with easy access to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches.
