"I love the convenience of this hotel to Ohare, the fashion outlets, the movie theater, fabulous restaurants, and the blue line leading downtown. The hotel room was lovely, the beds were comfortable in the bathroom was nice. The pool looked great, but there was a bunch of people in it so we didn’t get to swim. There’s also a nice gift shop and restaurant on property."

"One of the elevators didn’t go to the bottom/pool floor and it was always that elevator that showed up so I had to change elevators to get to the bottom floor "

"This is a nice, comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. I love the complimentary water and coffee and tea in the lobby. Easy parking. The breakfast is always very good with a lot of options."
