"This hotel was an unexpected treasure in the Texas panhandle. My family and I were exhausted after two days struggling through the winter storm on I40. We pulled into the lot of this hotel with 3 vehicles all pulling trailers. The receptionist/concierge Koko rushed out and greeted us in the parking lot to guide us to convenient parking. He helped clarify my botched booking, got us quickly checked in and provided us with helpful information on dining options. His help was very professional yet warm, like being greeted by a friendly neighbor. The hotel lobby as well as the rooms were immaculate and exceptionally well maintained. I would not have minded staying another day, but had to get back on the road. I have paid hundreds more for much less. If you need a place to stay in the Texas panhandle, this is the place!"
