I had rolled my ankle getting off the bus and was in desperate need of first aid and the man was so kind and offered me anything from the first aid as well as a bucket of ice. The check in staff on the 29th were also amazing very kind. "

"The customer service was excellent. The hotel itself is lovely. The room was really beautiful and comfortable the only small issue we had was temperature control (the thermostat was a bit fiddly) and the water coming through the pipes from other rooms could be noisy at times but aside from that which wasn’t a major thing was fantastic. Breakfast was really good. The lifts however were not the best. One was out of order and the other was small so there were queues building up and they took a long time to arrive. Overall I would recommend this hotel as the suites are very luxurious. Comfy bed A+ "
