"Nice welcome by staff/ owner. Room wasn’t cleaned properly. The en-suite bathroom had a very bad smell of mould. Was told on arrival that there were no housekeeping services anymore. I had to ask for towels as none were left in the room and when I received it, it had tooth paste on it. States free parking, this is not true all streets around the lodge are permit parking only, so had to use a car park and pay and walk back to the lodge. There was even a complimentary upgrade of room when they heard it was the birthday celebration of one of us. Location superb. Off the bustling road but right on the beach. Just right to enjoy the sunrise, sailing boats, crazy early morning swimmers etc. Perfectly cooked breakfasts, delicious coffee.
