"Although not on the sea front or with sea views, it is well located and both are only a short walk away, (as are Greenhill Gardens) or there is a bus stop almost outside if required. The on-site parking a real bonus. Although we did not use the leisure facilities, they seemed popular, and inviting. The breakfasts and Sunday Carvery we had provided a good selection of well prepared food. Both are primarily self service, but we understand that evening meals at other times are in a quieter part...

Everything you could need, hairdryer, mini fridge etc. Lots of options to control overnight temperature to our liking. Very very clean. Hosts were friendly and able to advise of good parking nearby. Wasn't noisy, from inside or out. Would definitely recommend. Incredible quality for the price."
