"The property is gorgeous with fantastic amenities such as a bar, pool, restaurant, and hot tub. The staff could not be friendlier -- everyone from the front desk to restaurant staff. The property is a quick walk to downtown SC, which is convenient. The rooms were clean and well-appointed; my only feedback was that they feel a bit small and I wish there was a private balcony. But would definitely stay again!"

"Staff very courteous and accommodating, rooms were very clean. Good location. Everything we needed for an overnight stay in Santa Cruz. Walking distance to the KP Arena and downtown bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Not a fancy place but if you want a nice clean convenient place to stay near the Boardwalk and isn’t $300 a night then this is it. "
