"It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "

"We stayed here on a Saturday and Sunday during our honeymoon. Never having been to Newport, we didn't really know what to expect. The condo is clean and spacious. However, it is on the busiest street and is extremely loud. Even with the provided sound machines, it was difficult to sleep Saturday evening due to the noise. "Really nice, quiet location on Thames. Good walk to Bowman's Warf. Paved parking for 2 cars for our upper floor rental, and 2 additional spots for a separate rental below. Parking lines are not visible, so had to accommodate for space. Lots of steps to enter through the back. Beautifully appointed w/ 3 bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom and shower. The private roof top deck was a bonus. Spectacular views! "

The property owner even called us earlier in the day to let us know we could check in early and call if we need anything. The place was spotless, adorable and perfectly fit the 4 of us. "This property was perfect for us! We visited with my family (2 adults, 1 child) and my senior parents. Easy walking to downtown and to the mansions, plenty of space. We appreciated the parking availability in the back. This place has 2 levels and 3.5 bathrooms - plenty of room to sleep all of us (my daughter slept just fine on the pull-out sofa bed). Super clean, big, modern bathrooms, great communication. We love Newport and would definitely stay here again. I will warn that the street noise...
