"The condominium was very nice as described. However a few glitches at check-in: no keys in the lockbox so it involved a few phone calls including with VRBO customer service-finally fount them in another unit's lock box and the information sheet provided by VRBO had errors-no contact phone number for the owner of the unit and and incorrect password for WIFI, which the owner also had to communicate. Human errors do happen, but these two were rather critical ones."

"The property was perfectly situated near town, making it easy to walk everywhere. The property was very clean with two great bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a pullout couch that could have accommodated two additional guests. The property was perfect for our group of 3. There was only 1 towel per person for a 3 night stay and we had to call maintenance for the gas fireplace and a flickering overhead light. The fireplace was quickly fixed but the light needed more time so we had just the bedside lamp for the stay. There was also no water run to the ice maker so that was a little disappointing. "We loved everything about our rental. Ease of check in, apartment was bright, roomy and comfortable for four adults. We especially loved the location. We parked the car (thanks for the parking permit!) and never moved it all weekend. Location was truly walkable to EVERYTHING! There were a number of steps to enter the upstairs apartment but that was not a problem for our group. Definitely would recommend this rental again!"

"Easy Checkin, clean and spacious 3 level townhome. Reverse layout with bedrooms on bottom floor took getting used to but not an issue. People next door were a little loud at night so walls must be thin but they quieted without us having to complain. About 15-20 minute walk to town or short car ride if can find parking. Enjoyed our stay and 2 car parking eas a bonus. "

"This place was perfect for three friends from college to meet and enjoy our time together. Perfect location close to restaurants, shopping, and beautiful harbor views. Easy drive to the Newport cottages and beaches. I definitely recommend it!"

"We loved our stay. Although it's in the middle of what's probably one of the busiest & areas in Newport, the location was great for us. We could walk to lots of the sites & restaurants. For the mansions & cliff walk we took the free trolley that's main hub is in walking distance of the Inn. The trolley goes to lots of the points of interest in town. Staff was great. Room had everything we needed. The rooftop deck is great to sit (possible with an adult beverage) & watch the harbor, boats, sunset...
