"This is the 2nd time we have stayed here, over all the rooms are clean and everything else is nice. Our main complaint is the lighting in the room is always so dark! Even with every light and windows open. Also- it would be nice if breakfast was included. I like the restaurant option but I think the breakfast ends at 9:30"

"This was my first time at this hotel, and for first time it was really nice, other then a slight hiccup with rhe credit card machine when we first got there, everything was great. Great service, and the location cant be beat. Only dowside was the size of the pool, and no hot tub, but location makea up for that..the fruit water was soo refreshing, and the morning breakfast was very good. And free garage parking, highly recommended.."

"Front Desk was amazing! Every hotel was booked with major events going on in Cleveland- I found a room at this hotel and I was impressed with the client service and friendly attitude from everyone. There was a female working the front desk when I arrived and she deserves 5 Stars and a raise 😊"

"The hotel needs a renovation. I get that it is Marriot and they charge higher prices than others but I feel like I'm staying in cheap hotel when all the rooms look dated. Other than that, it is comfortable and staff were kind. The breakfast has a lot of options too!"
