The pool was being serviced our first night there which disappointed the kids, but they kept us updated, and told us right away when it was available. The maintenance man was nice too, and gave us some good tips on things to do in Cleveland. They also put us on the top floor which meant we had a good view, and the kids got to ride the elevator a lot :D "
