"We were greeted on arrival by a very welcoming young lady who checked us in and showed us to our room. Room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Stayed to eat some lunch, service was friendly and efficient. After a wander round Lancaster, back to our room for showers and a change. "10 out of 10 there was nothing you could fault. The area is amazing with beautiful scenery. The hotel is stunning. Upon arrival the staff were warm and friendly and this continued through the whole weekend. The room was huge with a massive bed.
