"The fact that they require a vaccine card should be mentioned in their Hotels.com profile. Luckily for me I had it in my car. I don't mind if some hotel owners want to require it, but it should be pretty clearly stated. The owner told me that I didn't need to use the air conditioner, that I should open the windows. "The hotel is beautiful. Great look with old world charm but updated amenities. They refurbished the antique floors but they are very noisy and you can hear other guests walking around in other rooms. The biggest issue for me was the road noise. We had a room on the 3rd floor but the road noise was excessive . I’d recommend asking for a room in the back of the hotel unless they are able to soundproof the windows better. "

"It was good for what it is - to sleep. Immediately upon walk-in, the floor is ripped up, painters tape and plastic all throughout the lobby area. Supposedly the renovations are supposed to be completed by May.
