"The only thing that was wrong the mini fridge was not working I believe my room was 101. First room on the 1st floor. And I had items to keep chilled, thankfully the outside was freezing to just left it in my car. "

Perfect, comfortable

"The arrival by gondola was a pleasant surprise! Breakfast was excellent, sauna was hot & spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We also loved having a balcony, and saw the northern lights from the Sky Bar! 10/10 would stay here again"
