"Clean room and bathroom and helpful staff."

"The property is located very near to Merihaka Bus Stop in the Kallio district. Bus 16 and 55 goes directly from the Helsinki Central Station. The property entrance was bit difficult to find as it is on 11th floor of an office tower. And there were so many doors and entrances with Keycode locks that we got confused. Moreover, the phone was not reachable. So we struggled a bit but finally could make out by ourselves only. One needs to climb the stairs to 1st floor and then get into a building...

"Comfortable short stay at a good price relative to Helsinki. The room was basic as expected. There is 1 bathroom for males and 1 for females per floor. They could’ve been kept cleaner and I imagine get busy in summer. Breakfast was a buffet of hot and cold options. "

"We are family of four with two small kids (4and 6) we have stayed in their separate apartment- it has two rooms and great living space. Flat/ apartment was very comfortable and had all we needed , you are in the heart of Rovaniemi and everything is close from the food stores to restaurants and any travel agency for day trips. We have use BeyondArctic (they had a discount if you stay in hostel). Our breakfast was included and it’s plenty of choice (all continental) , but what was the best that we...

"Good"

"Phenomenal location, walking distance from the train station and Nokia arena. Used the Hotel. The room was good for the price paid. Sadly requested the room service but it didn't happen. The reception staff were friendly and educational, and taught us a few common phrases. The bathroom had great water pressure and heat, and the wet room drainage was sufficient. Beds were soft and duvets were insulating."

"Quiet and clam"

"Good stay overall. It is a bit noisy with street noise (workers at 6:30am on Sunday) but ear plugs are provided. Basic kitchen and room had own fridge. Sauna in basement is great if the schedule works for you. Self check-in was smooth with a unique door code that works for all doors. Great location not far from train station and on main shopping street with many food options and a grocery close by."
