"Beds too small and pillows too soft. "

"I am on crutches and there was no attempt to organise accessible room or indicate where I could park. Bed was not comfortable and apartment was stuffy with all windows open. There was no fan or air conditioning. Kitchen amenities were great. Lots of activities to amuse children."

"Clean and comfortable studio, limited hanging space in room and no bedside tables. Otherwise had everything you need and more functionally for a short stay. Customer service quick to respond. Really convenient central location easy walk from railway station and only 15min walk from Nokia Arena."

"I stayed at an apartment with my family for 5 nights. The apartment was well equipped with furnished kitchen. The rooms were comfortable and warm. The reception was a bit far for us from the apartment considering walking in snow with a toddler. The is a kiosk at reception but unfortunately we don't get groceries in here too use in kitchen so you need to go to supermarket. The apartment is maintained quite well. "Oikein hyvin mahduin kolmen lapsen kanssa tähän viihtyisään 45m2 huoneistoon. Hyvä sauna, mukava sänky ja hiljaista. Naapureista ei kuulunut pihaustakaan. Ikkunasta näkyivät järvi, ladut ja rinteet."

"So so nice, relaxing, and very comfortable. The room was well thought out and had all and more you need and want and was still felt very comfortable. Off season makes for a great, quiet time to visit! Breakfast was GREAT and plenty of selections. Olga was so kind and a warm good morning smile! Our entire visit was wonderful! "

"Room apartment with lots of space. Laundry machine in the washroom was a very convenient surprise. Excellent breakfast served in a spacious but cozy dining area. Having use of the full gym was an added bonus. Receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly."

"The bathroom floor rug wasn’t clear at all, it is black and white color and could see hair and the white color was gray. There were no direction on which parking to use as all are reserved so were confusing. Also there were no hand soap, only shampoo. I think a shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are standard along with hand soap and body lotion. Just small things would make a big difference but overall it was nice, thank you! Otherwise the place is so clean. "

"Kaikki sujui muuten todella hienosti, mutta jäimme kaipamaan kodinkoneiden ohjeita. Erityisesti mikro+ uuni yhdistelmä oli meille uusi ja siksi hankala käyttää ilman ohjeita. Myös tiskikoneen ohjeet olisi ollut hyvä löytyä jotta näkisi ohjelmien pituudet."
