"Such a beautiful and relaxing home for our mini-vacation! It was a pleasure coming back from our excursions around town, kicking back on the porch and seeing the setting sun on the lake, and being able to actually see the stars at night! All 3 beds (1 king in master bedroom, 2 queens in other bedrooms) were extremely comfortable and we all slept like babies. Had we wanted, each of us had a room to go to (other than our bedrooms) for quiet time. The whole wall behind the dart boards in the Dart...

"Security was good on the property, laundry room was clean, ice was available for fee, quiet weekend with neighbors, launch ramp was not a problem. Patio was enjoyed and parking for my boat worked out well. Looking at the photos of the unit made the indoor spaces look much larger than it actually was, we experienced a single wide mobilehome with a bedroom attached. Anyway, we did had a good time. Hollie was nice and assisted when questions popped up. We got what we paid for, next visit to...

I really cannot think of anything that we needed that they did not have. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. "Property was wonderful, however, we did have a couple of issues. There were no dishrags so we had to go buy some. Also, we were disappointed that the pool was turned off. Otherwise the property was beautiful and completely fit our needs!"

"This home is big, beautiful and very well appointed. Also, right on the river with your own private dock. Extremely clean and well maintained. I hope to book it every year!"

"Great place in Yuma....just remember your in Yuma AZ. Not a 5 star town. My suggestions to make this place better are tp holder on a stand, the wall holder is behind your back. Also we could not find a cutting board. Add some dim lights, all the lighting is very bright. Night time is enough to wake the dead."
