"We had a great stay. The ONLY downside for us was that this porperty was also through Vacasa, of who we ended up dealing with. We found Vacasa home office very difficult to honour our request of early check in. Several texts, explaining our situtaion of one of us in an electric wheelchair with quadriplegia, they still denied our request.Upon physical arrival we were given a name and number of the LOCAL Vacasa rep. Graciela was WONDERFUL to deal with. Quick replies, AND she honoured our request...

"First. I hadn’t ever stayed at Martinez Lake. The house was way more than we expected. There wasn’t anything we needed. Other than food and drink. Very well equipped. Quiet during the week. Just what we needed."

"Internet connection promised but rarely worked. Hot water availability very limited. A smart tv with streaming but no cable or broadcast. Leftover toiletries and spices not really needed or apprecited. .available "

"The home was very nice and clean. Everything from the faucets, fans, appliances and fixtures are all top of the line. Beautiful tile, fireplace, comfortable beds and sheets. Neighborhood was also very quiet. The property owner was very friendly and prompt with answering any questions I had. "

"Property was just as advertised, even better. Amenities galore. Well-stocked kitchen with some spices, flour, sugar, coffee and tea. A General Dollar store just a few blocks away, within walking distance. The property is located in a convenient location by main highway, off a frontage road. We did hear some road noise. But not a problem for us. Lovely patio and well-manicured yard. Property manager was very responsive to our emails, usually within a minute or two. Would definitely stay...

"We are four senior women who get together once a year just to play Minnesota Canasta and visit. Yuma is a good location as one of us comes from Prescott AZ, one from Tucson AZ and two from San Diego. This home was perfect for us. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We hope to use it again next year."
