"I feel this rental is a good value for the price per night. It's clean and everything inside was good except the towel rack in the bathroom needs some work. The rental is located near all the stores and services anyone would need. The outside seating could definitely use an upgrade. The rocking chair on the patio was broken and luckily my husband noticed before we sat in it. We will keep this rental on the list for future visits to Yuma."

It is in great location to get anywhere else. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Shannon is an excellent host and always does her best to accommodate your requests. We have reserved with her for January 2024 and hope we can once again enjoy this home away from our home. I give this a very high rating."
